• hand saw;

Step-by-step instruction

As soon as you prepare everything you need for the facility, proceed to work.

Perform work in such a sequence:

• Let’s start working with the manufacture of the main part of the structure. To do this, using a hand saw, cut the boards with a length of 1 m and 80 cm, a width of 15 cm. In the height of such boards we will need 6. All needed to prepare 12 boards in size in 15 cm?100 cm and the same amount – 15?80 cm;
• We start collecting the basis of a decorative well. It will take a hammer and nails of 10 cm. Starting from below, fold the cooked boards on the square. Folding the first row, it is necessary to fix the design with nails. Such actions will be performed until all 6 rows are folded;
• Now we need to choose 2 boards, identical sizes, one and a half meters high. The thickness of the boards depends on your preferences, but it should be noted that the thinner they will, the better our scenery will look like. But at the same time do not forget about the strength of the product. Ideal for 15 cm width boards. We are attaching them on both sides of our structure, feeding nails to the bottom of the construction, which will give it sustainability;
• In the same way, we bring the board from above, connecting two supports. Its length is determined by the width of the structure itself;
• Then cut from the board two triangles for the side parts of the roof of the well. Suitable triangles in 80 cm long and 65 cm in height. These triangles attach at the top of the sides of our design;
• After that, take two boards and make a support for the roof. For the roof it is necessary to cut 4 boards size 20?80 cm and 4 more boards 20?66 cm. Using the jigsaw, smooth all the edges and thoroughly grind them. Cover the boards to the roof;
• The final stage of our work will be driven wheels with the shaft. A small log is suitable as a shaft, which reduce with the help of a jigsaw, and also narrow it at the ends. From a wide board, cut the wheel and bring all to the decorative design with nails. 

Having done such a well with your own hands, at the end of the work you can poll the entire surface of the design. If you like a dark tree more, cover it with a veneer or special texture paint.

Of course, such a well will carry only a decorative function, but there are many more ideas, the embodiment that in reality you will receive a real source of drinking water. In order for the wooden structure erected by you, it is necessary to cover it as soon as possible, it is necessary to cover with protective materials – antiseptic, varnish, paint or veneer. 

Another element of the decorative structure, which is able to decorate it and give completeness, is the lid. The decorative lid on the well can be used as a flower bed for planting flowering plants. On the lid can also be placed in the porridge and pots.
