In early age children often encounters an ENT disease, which, despite the severity of its manifestations and difficult treatment, still has good predictions for recovery. We are talking about the growth of inflamed adenoids – increased pelvis almonds, or adenoy.

The treatment of adenoids in children is a responsible task for parents who have not only to visit the clinic and buy medicines, but also to decide on the types of treatment (drug, surgical, laser therapy).

Causes of adenoids in children

The main reason is the unbearable inflammation of the nasopharynx after ARZ, ORVI, Angina. Difficult bacteria cause the reaction of local immunity on the mucous membrane and the growth of the tissue in the form of adenoid vegetation.

A deeper reason is the weakness of the children’s immune system, which needs to be protected and strengthening from birth.

How do adenoid removal surgery

In the ENT branch of the hospital hospital, doctors conduct adenotomy under local or general anesthesia.

The old method of treating enlarged adenoids by the child is to scroll through the adenotomist – tool with a semi-semi-segment, through the oral cavity.

It is a long and tedious process (1-6 months, during relapses sometimes up to a year), but only it solves the problem of the immune response to the bacterial damage to the mucous.

Medication treatment should include (according to the doctor’s recommendation):

• Salt solutions for washing the nose (Aqua-Maris, Akwalor, Humer, Dolfin);
• Installing antiseptics (branch of oak bark, Potargol, colloidal silver);
• drops or sprays from the eats (Nazivin, Derinat, Euforkium composites, oily oil for nose);
• Anti-inflammatory homeopathic agents (capsules Job-baby);
• Aspirator (Orivin Baby).

For infants, there is a risk of use of drugs in the form of spray and drops, as they can cause an acute response of respiratory organs – from sneezing to suffocation. In this case, doctors recommend to treat adenoids in children of homeopathy (orally, in capsules or tincture).

At home, rinse the nasopharynk need no more than 1 time per day, so as not to drain the inflamed mucous membrane. This must be done after the vasoconstrictor, then you can drip the nose or use the healing spray.

It is very important to teach the child correctly blowing around: on one nostril, otherwise it may arise otitis.

Cuckoo – a simple procedure, but may cause unpleasant sensations and protests in children. It should be made every effort to explain the patient of the child, that it is really necessary.

At home, after the procedure, it is better to immediately put the patient to the bed for rest, and with complaints about the sawing feeling or headache, give an anesthetic, which the doctor recommends (for example, Nimesulid, Salpadein, Panadol).

Home Conditions for Recovery

Parents should pay special attention to clean and freshness in the house. The ventilation mode should consist of at least 6 goals – wide open window, eliminate drafts, bring the patient to another room, to air 5 minutes. The opening is not suitable – it lowers the temperature in the room, but does not give air shift.

If the apartment is intensively drowning the batteries, it is possible that air humidifier will need.

You need to pay attention to carpets, upholstery of furniture, bookshelves and divert them at least once a week, and during the harvesting of the child to bring to another room.

It is categorically impossible to smoke in the apartment with a child suffering adenoid.

Do not clean the toddler room with polyrollas, water wash liquids or floor. Ask him to move away and then descend from household chemicals, for example, in the bathroom, do not forget to ventilate the apartment.

The consequences of adenoiditis for the children’s body

If not to treat adenoiditis, the consequences can be very serious, and to manifest itself not only from the nasopharynx.

So, prolonged acute inflammation and increased almonds lead to frequent colds, angina, since the body is constantly present at the body of bacterial infection. Due to unbearable adenoids, the child hears badly, it is difficult for him to breathe, the torment is also delivered to constant headaches and temperatures.
